This organic elderberry syrup has been canned to make it shelf stable for years and years. Once opened, refrigerate syrup for up to 2 months.
We recommend 1 tablespoon a day for maintenance, and up to 4 tablespoons a day when you are starting to feel under the weather.
Please note that this product contains raw honey and is not recommended for children under 1.
